Our mission

Know the practical before you reach the bench

We help Class 11 and Class 12 students prepare for chemistry practicals with the steps already familiar.

What we do

Schoolabe Science is a free site for CBSE Class 11 and Class 12 chemistry practicals. Each experiment is a page you can revise from before the school session.

The page covers the aim, the apparatus, the theory, a numbered procedure, precautions, and viva practice. An interactive lab, where we have one, is for rehearsing the setup — not for inventing a result.

Use it before the bench. Your laboratory manual and your teacher still decide the quantities and the safety rules.

Our approach

The question we write toward is simple: what should you be able to say out loud before the teacher says “start”?

So the page follows a school practical record. It names the apparatus, numbers the steps, and keeps the observation table blank. We do not drop in a sample titre or a made-up molarity.

When a page has been checked, it names the reviewer and the date. How we review explains what that check covers.

Who it is for

Students getting ready for the school chemistry practical — the week before, or the night before — who want the aim, the order of steps, and the usual viva questions in one place.

Class 11 pages are for the techniques those later titrations depend on: measuring, making a standard solution, reading a burette. Class 12 pages are for the practicals on the CBSE list.

It is not a home-lab manual. Do the real experiment only in your school laboratory, with your teacher present.

What we publish

Class 12 pages follow the CBSE chemistry practical syllabus: quantitative work, preparations, organic tests, and salt analysis.

Our method

A practical page, not a PDF dump

Aim, apparatus, chemicals, theory, numbered procedure, precautions, and viva sit on one page, in the order a school record uses. You always know what comes next.

Rehearse before the bench

Where it helps, an interactive lab lets you practise the order of steps and the look of an end point before you handle real reagents. The real experiment stays in your school lab.

Your readings stay yours

We never invent titres or fill an observation table for you. Record what you measured. Concentrations and masses come from your laboratory manual.

Honest about the limit

This is a study aid. It does not replace your teacher, your manual, or lab safety rules. Hands-on chemistry happens only with your teacher present.
